Supervision:
Regular checks of the inside and outside of your property, immediate inspection of your property in case of bad weather and the sending of photographs to you of any damage so as get your approval to go ahead with repairs.Provence is well-known for its wonderful climate but also for its terrible thunderstorms and torrential rain.
Maintenance :
– contact with service providers, repair jobs and little improvements,
-annual maintenances: chimney sweeping, heating control, fire extinguishers, alarm system (including pool), roof control.

– support with all administrative issues with electricity, water, telephone, internet et cetera,
– invoice payment on your behalf,
